Tawd Vale Field target and Air Rifle Club

After the riggours of the season it time for the first of our fun shoots and this Sunday we are hosting the Top Gun 2010.

All proceeds on the day will go back out as prizes etc on the day.

The format will be as follows.

There will be two courses course - one FT and one HFT you will shoot 30 Targets and the courses will be separate - but there is a twist. :)

To encourage participation from the normal "cannon fodder" every person will be given a handicap based on recent perfomances in the FT/HFT leagues. Your handicap is based on adding to your score on the course, the number of target you miss on average. Most handicaps are fixed maximum but there is no limit on junior handicaps.

The winner of the FT handicap and the HFT handicap will each recieve a cash prize. (12.5% of the total entries.)

In addition the actual winner on each course unhandicapped - will also recieve a cash prize (12.5% of the total entries.)

The four winners plus the next three runners up (un-handicapped scores) from each group will then go into the final which will be called Last Man Standing.

The final will place all ten into a shootoff in front of the baying crowd. The winner will take the remainder of the prize money.

Its a fun shoot, refs decision is final ;)
